We recently took the trip out to the Scheid Extravaganza show, held in Terre Haute, Indiana, and had a blast! It was a long trip, 12 hours one way, but the event made up for every mile we drove. We got to meet new people and see familiar friends too. We brought out the IDP Dodge and set it up on Dunbar's rollers and put down 802 rear wheel horse and 1100+ pound feet of torque. Not too shabby, even by our standards. The weather was great and the turn out was nothing but impressive. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thanks to all who put the event together and it was great seeing everyone out there!

To say some people had a little fun, might be an understatement. This gave us a laugh once we woke up!

see you all next year!
Introducing, IDPs newest power package. With great help from Industrial Injection and Bodacious Diesel, we are proud to bring you our 6.0 tow/street compound turbo kit. This kit includes new up pipes, a new down pipe, and all hardware to mount both turbos. The kit comes fully prepared for a difficulty free, cab on, install. The kit will feature two non-waste gated turbos with an external waste gate on the high pressure turbo. The size of the external waste gate will depend on which turbos you will be running. For those not already running an EGR delete, hardware will be supplied to remove your cooler. Since the oil filter housing will need to be removed, the twin kit will come with the hardware needed to perform this modification as well. A new coolant expansion tank will be supplied with all things needed to fit properly with the new piping. An AFE stage II intake is direct bolt on, as seen in the pictures below, but others may fit with some modification. The CCV will be removed from the intake and properly drained.
Some supporting modifications we would recommend are:
Fuel Pump upgrade
Exhaust upgrade
Injectors sized 175cc-225cc for the tow/street kit
We are very pleased to offer this compound kit for our customers. At Innovative Diesel, we are continually working on better products and new ways to achieve safe, yet maximum power from your 6.0L Ford. We are currently working on a race compound kit which we will have more information about, in the months to come. If you would like more info on the current tow/street twin kit, we would be glad to discuss this information through phone or email.

Today Innovative became the first to pilot a 6.0L Ford into the 10 second bracket! Came out strong with a 10.88@127.9mph pass and backed it up with a 10.85@128mph run! We are applying the same tuning knowledge and power to all the vehicles we tune and this goes to show you how far we can take it with the right supporting equipment on your 6.0! Many thanks to Shawn Ellerton and Tyler Scheers when they came all the way from Canada to assist in their twin turbo build up. Thanks also goes out to Glenn from Northland Ford for the assembly of the new motor which helped propel the silver wonder into the 10s!

See you at the track!
You've read about it on the forums and heard about it's results, so why not try it for yourself!
Do you have rough idle, long warm ups, short oil change intervals, or any injector related issues? We now carry Rev-X oil additive, a supplement to your engine oil that has the ability to clear up some, if not all, of the mentioned problems!
We run it in our own vehicles and are happy with what we have found.
Cold start issues? No sweat! Rev-X has that covered too!
It just takes two 4 ounce bottles per oil change*
Go ahead and click the banner link below and read some more information on this new product. We're very happy to, once again, provide the best for our customers and will continue to look for the latest and greatest things as they become available!

*8oz. recommended for all diesel applications.
Finally! Compound turbos, for the 6.0 Powerstroke, with the turbos you want! This kit offers a number of turbo sizes from mild to wild. Pics after the jump.
The kit will address all necessary areas for a pain free, cab on, install. The kit will even include an oil filter relocation kit. This allows for cheaper filter change, and a different number of filters to choose from for different levels of micron filtration. You can even choose from a single filter kit or two for better filtration.
Also included is a new, spun aluminum, coolant tank with 16 lb. safety cap and all hardware to install.
Exhaust piping will include hot pipe between turbos, new custom 4" down pipe, new up pipes, all with stainless steel flanges, clamps, and bolts. All exhaust pipes are wrapped with high heat wrap and turbo blankets are available for both turbos to help with under hood temperature and turbo spool up. Custom machined hand built turbo pedestal that will bolt to the stock o.e.m. location. New turbo oil lines made from stainless steel braided hose will be supplied for oil feed and drain lines.
The kit will also come with extra heat blanket and wrap to protect other components and wiring harnesses. Stainless steel zip ties will also be provided to secure the wrap.
Also included will be the inner cooler pipe on the hot side and intermediate air pipe from turbo to turbo. All pipes are powder coated for durability and long lasting looks.
Turbo's will range from quick spooling tow/street set ups to full-on sled pulling or drag racing. The smaller turbo will spool first and then start wastegating exhaust to the big turbo; thus, starting it to spool sending pre compressed air to the small turbo compounding the boost from 50 psi to 100 psi+.
Turbo matching is key to this process, and we have done the testing to show that we can make 500RWHP all the way up to a heart pounding 1,000RWHP+ while maintaining drive ability and reliability.
The EGR will be removed for the install of this kit and will not be supplied due to the number of kits already available, but we can supply upon order and request.
We have tried to think of everything you will need to install and operate this kit safely so that all is left up to you is placing an order! You can call or email us and get in line for this new power adder for your 6.0.
Pricing will vary depending on what size turbos and oil filter accessories you choose but here are two examples to give you a better grasp of what these kits will run.
Street/Tow Power kit (~700rwhp) $6100.00
62/70 small turbo with an S474 big turbo will provide quick spool up and low egts
Drag Racing and Sled Pulling kit (~1000rwhp) $7150.00
66/80 small turbo supported with an S480 top side to provide unparrelleled power for sled pulling and racing
As stated above, these are estimated prices that will vary depending on options and turbo sizes. Feel free to call us at 1(866)642-7844 or email for more information.
We are proud to offer this kit and really look forward to having more info as these kits show up on more trucks that we tune and run personally. This is a huge step forward in 6.0L diesel performance and we are proud to be in front of this wave and will continue to bring you more info and reviews as we learn more and begin use of these great kits!
